The staff was absolutely fantastic, Yolanda at front desk was so accommodating and helpful as this was a last minute business trip..... The rooms are well kept and beds was comfy and we had a nice view of the fountain. We was in a standard room this time but my previous visit was in corner balcony room and it was absolutely stunning. The staff at breakfast was absolutely amazing. Grace and the sweet mama at the omelet station that was there on day 1 along with the rest are so special.... I unfortunately did not get all their names but everyone of them was service champions. They made my daughter feel so special as it was her birthday week and I was so well taken care off because I'm 8 months pregnant. Its always so nice staying at the fountain hotel and I always recommend this hotel to anyone visiting CPT

It is an excellent hotel with committed and very professional staff. Gloria runs a very good kitchen and the other senior staff are highly professional and very friendly. The only problem with the hotel concerns parking where the Fountains staff appear often to be ignored by the security staff in the Mall area when delivery vehicles park blocking access to the main entrance. The behaviour of some of the security staff was rude and unprofessional towards both the Fountains staff and uber drivers.

The location is fantastic, the service is superb and the dining is good. The rooms are basic and adequate, but what makes the stay memorable is the warmth and the friendliness of all the staff. Keenan, the hotel manager, was exceptional and the head chef was most engaging. The porter doubled up as the entertainer in the evening and he is such a musically talented gentleman. We really enjoyed his performance.

Amongst other things, I was so impressed with the excellent service we received during our stay. The staff were superb. I won't be doing justice if I don't mention the lady by the name of Vuyo and the other white in complection african lady that was serving tea at the dining hall. Wow, what friendly and helpful people you have there.
